  2. Hypertension was defined as SBP ≥ 140 mmHg and/or DBP ≥ 90 mmHg and/or current antihypertensive drug use. Diabetes was defined as fasting plasma glucose ≥7.0 mmol/L and/or current diabetes drug use. Hypercholesterolemia was defined as TC ≥ 6.22 mmol/L, high LDL cholesterol was defined as LDL-C ≥ 4.14 mmol/L, low HDL cholesterol was defined as HDL-C < 1.04 mmol/L, and hypertriglyceridemia was defined as TG ≥ 2.26 mmol/L
