  1. Stunted: <−2SD, normal: −2 to +1DS, high height: >+1 SD (WHO, 2006)
  2. *To calculate the RRs of stunted children of each cohort, stunted children in the 2nd evaluation (2004–2005) were used as exposed group and normal + high height as non-exposed group. Stunted children in the 3rd evaluation (2010–2011) were defined as cases and normal children + high height as non-cases
